  • Private 1on1 Yoga Therapy

    Yoga therapy consists of one-on-one sessions with Janine, and includes gentle movement, breath and meditation practices to re-pattern dysfunctional movement, alignment, mental and breath patterns. It is suitable for people with physical, mental and spiritual challenges who have the desire to learn practices that can alleviate suffering on all levels. Some of the common conditions addressed are: back and neck pain, musculoskeletal injuries (shoulders, hips, knees, etc), chronic pain, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, irritable bowel syndrome, migraines/headaches, pregnancy, anxiety, rheumatoid arthritis, scoliosis, incontinence, depression, anxiety, and more.
  • Yoga Therapy group classes

    Many people with physical or psychological conditions find that regular yoga classes are not suitable for the present state of their body or mind. Yoga Therapy is an aspect of the science of yoga that focuses on wellness and transformation at all levels, not just the physical. In Yoga Therapy classes attention is paid to individual needs and levels of ability and the sessions are designed to gently and compassionately teach the body and mind to unfold. The tools of yoga, asana, breath-awareness, mindfulness and meditation are used to help individuals become a co-creator in their own healing process.

    Inner Glow can bring yoga to your office or workplace! We will send an instructor, , to conduct a great yoga class during a lunch break or at the end of the work day.
