  • Theraputic Yoga, Tuesdays 7:30 -9:00 pm with Janine

    Where yoga becomes part of your journey to healing. This class is created for those students with challenges that may keep them from other yoga classes. The class is focused on educating students about their own anatomy, energy, emotions and mind and how to move safely. Re-patterning both body and mind with often slow intricate movements that build up to larger yoga poses while welcoming students to practice self-awareness and self-compassion. The tools of yoga, asana, breath-awareness, mindfulness and meditation are used to help individuals become a co-creator in their own healing process.   • Mindful Rest, Thursdays 7:30-9:00 pm with Priscilla

    Find balance and peace in slow movements. Learn to quite the mind when all distractions are gone. Allow your body and mind to feel supported and at complete ease in every pose. The perfect blend of gentle movement, restorative poses, reflective and breathing practices as well as mindful meditation to switch from the mode of doing to a mode of simply being in the present moment.

  • Gentle Flow, Tuesday 5:30-7:00 pm with Janine

    Move to the music, find an inner flow and rhythm, unwind and get grounded. Gentle Flow Is created to introduce gentle flowing movements to the body, to discover a healthy range of motion, a balanced nervous system, to aid in healthy ageing and a greater mind/body awareness. This class will encourage students to direct their focus inward while practising accessible standing, seated, and reclined postures.
  • Mindful Motion Thursdays 5:30-7:00 pm with Priscilla

    A practice that reminds us, that how we think matters, just as much as how we move. Hatha yoga from a mindful space will encourage you to pay attention to inner chatter and self-talk while moving with strength, balance, core, ease and length. Integrate your mind and body to create a fuller practice. This class will encourage students to direct their focus inward while practising standing, seated, and reclined postures,
  • Corporate Classes

    Inner Glow can bring yoga to your office or workplace! We will send an instructor, to conduct a great Yoga or Meditation class during a lunch break or at the end of the workday. For employees – you don’t have to leave the office to find a yoga studio and you get a yoga practice incorporated into your work day!
